Help, Support, and Reporting Bugs

We’re always looking for ways to improve the TestDrive experience, and we would love to hear from you! Tell us what you like, what you don’t like, or about what additional features you'd like to see in TestDrive!

Occasionally, you may find something in our products that does not work properly. We'd like to know whenever there is a bug so that we can notify the appropriate product team and get it fixed.

Lastly, we're here to help if you have a question about your account or how to use TestDrive. 

Method 1 for Help, Support, and Reporting Bugs

  1. Login to the TestDrive Portal at portal.vmtestdrive.com
  2. Select Contact Us under Help & Support on the right side of the screen

  • Submit a ticket by selecting Submit a Request on the top right side of our knowledge base located at kb.vmtestdrive.com.
