Access ArcGIS App through Workspace ONE
Let's start by launching Workspace ONE from a web browser on a Mac or PC. Navigate to https://testdrive.vidmpreview.com/
Next we will launch the VMware NVIDIA Grid. If it's not already present in your bookmarks, find VMware-NVIDIA-GRID-Test-Drive (Category: AMER for U.S.), and click the bookmark icon. Then from the bookmarks page, hover over the 3 dots at the top right of the program icon, and choose "Open in Client". This provides the best performance for using the NVIDIA vGPU.
The Horizon Client will launch, opening directly into the NVIDIA Grid desktop.
Open the start menu and navigate to ArcGIS > 3DVirtualCity
Transfer Cloud-Based Session to Tablet
Now, let's pick up our tablet of choice, and launch the Workspace ONE (browser) or the Intelligent Hub app.
Open the NVIDIA Grid desktop the same way you did from your PC or Mac. Note that this time Horizon is opened through the browser.
The session opened from the desktop has been seamlessly transferred to our mobile device.
Workspace ONE delivers your 3D apps across all device types and locations, opening new possibilities for remote training and on boarding.
