Receiving Emails from Pathfinder or TestDrive

Before using VMware Pathfinder or VMware TestDrive, be certain that you or your organization are not filtering email.

  1. Check your spam folder.
  2. Verify that your organization's email system permits mail flow from the following to your inbox:

If your organization does permit the above and you're still not receiving emails from TestDrive, then send a support ticket.
