The TestDrive portal and the ready to use environments use the same credentials. When experiencing either a TestDrive portal or ready to use environment login issue, reset your TestDrive password.
- Reset your TestDrive password here.
- Wait about five (5) minutes for TestDrive's directory syncs to complete.
- Log in to the ready to use Workspace ONE instance with your TestDrive credentials.
- Launch an environment's app, such as the Workspace ONE UEM Console.
